I. Product Uses

Optical cable junction boxes are used for splicing optical cables when branching off downstream in PON optical communication networks. In FTTX cabling networks, optical cable junction boxes mainly solve the problems of A/B end access of optical cables, fusion splicing of small-capacity single-core optical fibers, and fixing the exit of multiple access optical cables.

II. Product Features

1. Plastic parts are made of high-quality anti-aging engineering plastics, and metal parts are made of high-quality anti-rust materials.

2. Excellent fiber optic routing design ensures the curvature radius of the fiber and provides ample fiber optic storage space;

3. The fusion splice tray has a large fiber storage space and a flip angle greater than 90°, making maintenance and expansion convenient;

4. Three-point fixing is adopted: fixing the optical cable reinforcement component inside the box, fixing the optical cable sheath inside the box, and fixing the optical cable sheath outside the box;

5. Grounding devices and test valves can be installed. Protection rating up to IP68.
